I’m a retired marine and police officer. So customer service and treating people the right way is important to me. Going through a divorce I had to file chapter 13 even though my credit was ok I still couldn’t get a car without court approval. Ryan was the ONLY dealer that believed in me and what I said to him. I wanted the 2019 QX 60 that he had and he took the time to ensure that the vehicle drove properly and was inspected. He ordered the parts and didn’t charge more for the car. He told me to be patient and it would be worth waiting for…!!!!. I did so even though I wanted a vehicle quick and fast. The 2019 QX 60 by infinity that I got was definitely worth the wait the price was great and I’ve driven every day to work in Frederick md from Martinsburg and this weekend drove it to Delaware no issues. So I wanted to say thank you to Ryan and his staff for making this a very easy process and understanding that bad things happen to good people. Thank you so very much for the opportunity to own one of your many different vehicles on your lot and making my dream into a reality.🙂 Ken W

This place is awesome I’ve dealt with other used car places before and had bad experiences but this place makes you feel comfortable and they have good quality vehicles with very fair pricing, There’s a young blonde lady who showed me around and she made me feel very comfortable and she’s super knowledgeable I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great quality use car

This dealership is doing a great job, honest and professional service, good vehicle inventory. The front desk manager Angie is particularly awesome, attentive and knowledgeable, I highly recommend her and this friendly neighborhood dealership 👍🏻
